You can move the OS buy cloning it (and everything else) directly from the drive it's on, over to the new one. There's software you can find with a google search that will do it for you. Mine came with an MSI Z490-A motherboard, but I'm not sure about any others. As for the RAM speed, you can google the model of the motherboard you get, and you'll find all the specs on the manufacturer website! Hope this helps!
