• From my understanding and months of research there is a 650 watt power supply and also congrats on your 3080!

• Hello, We do not allow any changes to the system before purchase, so it would come with the 2070 Super graphics card in the description. It comes with a 650 watt power supply, so it is not enough for a 3080.
