I havent checked for sure bc i got it as a plug and play for my sister, but it is highly likely 120mm fans. It is a mid tower ATX case which 120mm is the most common for those kinds of cases, and really just in general. Ik that doesnt help too much. You might be able to look in store, and the employees can probably answer that for you for certain.
