Hi there! Please try a full power cycle by powering off the PC, turning off the power switch in the back, and unplugging the power cable. Once it's plugged in again and powered on, hopefully that solves the issue. If not, we suggest reaching out to iBUYPOWER Tech Support to understand why this is happening.
