“Will i be able to put a better gpu/graphics card such as a 1080 or 1070 later down the road becaus i plan for this to be the only desktop i ever buy and just keep upgrading it also a side question can this run gta 5 and fallout at 60 fps at high or lower”

Hey Crum, Every component of a PC is in some way modular. You can totally add a stronger graphics card. Just keep in mind that stronger graphics cards require more resources. Normally we recommend a higher capacity power supply with it.
