Hello! Yes, all of our iBUYPOWER prebuilt PCs are built with the intention for the customer to upgrade when they're ready. When upgrading your graphics card, you usually also need to upgrade the power supply to make sure enough Watts are supplied. If you plan to upgrade to an AMD Radeon 9070XT 16GB graphics card, we suggest getting at least an 850-Watt power supply.
