“it wont let me play valorant and says something about vanguard tpm 2.0?? but i’ve looked at every youtube video to try and fix it but. yet it’s not fixed. someone please help.”

Try a fresh install of Vaolrant. Meaning, make sure the Valorant folder installed in Program Files is removed at uninstall, then reinstall it
