I doubt this exact build will be back in stock by X-Mas (if at all). I would suggest contacting someone either at Best Buy or IBUYPOWER to get a more solid answer. However, even if this exact build doesn't come back in stock, I am sure either Best Buy or IBUYPOWER could find a build with similar specs that your son will be happy with.
