I play the Sims 4 with max graphics, 3000+ mods in my game folder, and all the expansion packs (save for Snowy Escape). It is giving me OVER 60+ frames, so Sims 3 100% SHOULD be no issue for you. The only issue (which is less of the computer and more of the Sims 3 being an older game), I'd recommend looking into mods to give you a smoother experience. Sims 3 may not have the best performance because it does not recognize the newer parts of this computer because it is an older game that caters to older computers and it is not this computer's fault. There are mods out that assists with that. 3D Animation should be good for you as well, since the processor is crazy smooth. This type of processor is the type you want for 3D computer animation anyway. I'd say if you're still thinking of purchasing this computer, go for it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This prebuild will easily run Sims 3 on max settings and the same for Sims 4. The cpu and gpu will even handle the newest games like AC Valhalla. The PC will also be successful with 3D animation too!
