“I wiped this computer for various reasons and apparently I deleted the program that allows me to control the RGB lights inside the case and fans. I've read that it's an ASRock program but I cannot for the life of me find the appropriate download.”

Hey fellow Michael, on my pc the program used to control the rgb lights in the fans, ram sticks, etc... is called Asus Aura. I looked it up on google and it’s downloadable, hope this helps! :)
