“Had this PC for ~6 months now and it's been great. I have noticed significant dust build up on the fan's mesh (behind the glass/mesh front of the case). Can the front of the case be easily removed like the side/top?”

Yes you can pop of the front panel easily as there are no screws or latches holding the front panel in place. You may need to use a bit of strength in order to remove it, but there should be no issues.
