How do I get the LEDs in the front of the panel to work? null

If you're talking about the ones for the funky zigzag, you should be able to control them via an application on the computer called "RGBFusion 2.0". It should be visible on your desktop as soon as you finish setting up your computer, and after you open it and give it permission to change your device (change the lights), then you can customize the lights to follow all sorts of patterns.
