• There are 4 ram slots. The Ram it comes with are 2x8GB chips. I am assuming it can handle at least 32GB (4x8GB) but it should be ok to support 64GB if i had to guess.

• Go to the ASRock website. The motherboard is a Z390 Phantom Gaming 4S. There are 2 open slots. DDR4 3000, 2 8 GB sticks are in it. Not sure the upper limit - you won't hit it. 32 Gb sticks are just too expensive to bother with.
