“I'm not very tech savvy, I'm looking to purchase this as a gift, is it actually worth buying for gaming ? Games like cod, fortnite, apex, etc. Also will I need to purchase anything else to get started (besides a monitor) thank you in advance”

It works fine, but it’s really not the best if you’re into gaming. If you were to upgrade the gpu to something better, then it would be much more capable of playing games. Some basic games it might be able to handle, but that’s about it. To be a good gaming PC you want a gpu with at least 4gb ram and 16gb overall ram.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are buying the on with the GT 710, it probably wont run most of those games, and if it will, it wont be good. The GT 710 is not a gaming GPU. You could probably build this PC yourself for around $400. This one is massively overpriced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s not it’s not a gaming computer like it makes it self seem. All it can handle well is internet browsing and YouTube videos. And for the future just look up: (graphics card name) benchmark (game you want to play) and you can see exactly how well it can play each game (the videos are the best and most accurate).
