• Anything that's below 3200mhz is probably fine, as you will have to confront the motherboard manual to see speeds of the DIMM slots.

• This comes with 8gb of RAM pre installed, and for future upgrades go with 2666hz for future upgrades as I don't know the Motherboard set speed, so for safe speed I'd go with 2666hz for future upgrades.
