A:AnswerI figured this out because I needed to clean mine as well and with some searching found it here is the link https://youtu.be/1RkR0RvXEKU please watch entire video as you could have 1 of 2 latches to remove if you do it wrong you will break the pins hope this helps

The WiFi adapter that comes with the system does not go up to Gigabit wireless internet, only the ethernet port does. You would have to purchase a better WiFi adapter.
