Bring it back to the store and get a new one. Unfortunately my new 'puter " same model as yours bought at Best Buy would not transmit to the screen (monitor), my computer expert opened it and found that the video card was not fully inserted and the screw mounting it to the frame was missing. Looks like lousy workmanship.
