I had to download the latest RGB controller software from the motherboard manufacturer (ASRock) website. The 2.0.59 version did not work. However, the beta version listed at the bottom of the page ([Beta] ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.93) did work. During installation, the software upgraded the firmware of the RGB controller. At that point, I could make changes to the RGB colors. Be aware the software has a cryptic name in the Start menu. It is called ASRRGBLED in the ASRock Utility Folder. Hope this helps. Here is the link to the download page... https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/B460%20Pro4/index.asp#Download If the URL gets removed from the answer, search for ASRock B460 Pro4 motherboard. When you get to the page, don't click the Support link at the top of the page. Click the Support link in the bar across the middle of the page. Then click Download. You should now see the available downloads. The beta versions are listed at the bottom with the word "Beta" in red.
