“i looke up the processor and it says it can be overclocked to 4.6 Ghz but on someone elses question you guys said it cannot be overclocked can you explain ?”

• Hello, What you looked up is probably the processor's turbo speed, which is the number it will automatically go up to if it's under load. You cannot manually make any adjustments to overclock the CPU.
