make sure tv is on the right HDMI source like HDMI 1 , 2, etc. if that is on right setting make sure you use the bottom HDMI coming from the PC . will be in the middle under the fan on back of the pc tower.

Please try again later. The answer about using the HDMI port in the middle of the cabinet, under the fan, was helpful for us except there is one thing we wanted to add to this answer. When we looked for this port we couldn't locate it initially. What we discovered is that this particular HDMI port is plugged directly into the Video card, and the port was covered up with a plastic protective cover. We had to open the cabinet, remove the video card, and then remove the plastic cover over the HDMI port. That was the port we needed. Now the monitor has an HDMI signal, which was our problem we were trouble shooting. Additional info: We were installing the computer out of the box with video card already installed at the factory. This is how it was shipped to us.
