16 gb
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This computer has 1 stick of 16gb DDR4 3000 speed ram which resides in one of the two available memory slots. 3000 speed ram is middle of the road speed, 3200 being better, but 2933 being slower. The system can be upgraded to a total of 128gb ram, placing a 64gb into each slot. However, you would have to replace (ie... toss) the stick that is currently in the machine to do so. My opinion would be to double/duplicate the memory by adding a second 16gb DDR4 3000 stick in the second slot and be happy. Games tend to run better dual channel anyhow. Some gamers would recommend replacing the 3000 speed memory with 3200 and buy 2 sticks, one replacement and one new, but I would think the net performance gained would be minimal versus the cost incurred. If you had to choose, adding 16gb 3000 is way more productive than replacing a single stick with 3200 speed.
