“I am able to download apps exept for fortnite and epic games. it says that an app is already being installed and then when i launch the xbox app it says fortnite can not be launched on this pc. ive tried everything and nothing is working.”

It sounds like there was an error during the installation process. I would suggest first to try and uninstall the game from your app and re-install. If that still doesn't work try looking in your settings for Programs and uninstall it that way. If that still doesn't work you will have to uninstall the app from your computer and re-install everything.
