“With certain games, the system gives a long continuous beep. After I stop the game, the beep goes away. I restart the game and after a min or two the system starts to beeping again. What would cause the system to give this long continuous beep?”

Are you plugged into a backup battery? If so that's more than likely what's beeping as you are drawing more power than the backup battery can handle. If not ,then I have no idea.
