QuestionDoes anyone know the exact dimensions and weight of the product when it is in the box? I need this for shipping. Thank you.

- Answer I measured the box by inches, rounding up. Length is 32" Width is 7" Height is 19" I already have it out of the box and in use, but I'd say around 30 LBs.

- Answer No, it does not. It has a UBS-3 port, but that is different. There are adapters, however, that will plug into the USB port and turn it into a USB-C port.

- Answer Depends on how you want to set it up. A 360 or a 240 will fit in the front or you could life in a 240 into the top

QuestionI just bought thus gaming desktop about 3 days ago, but I am a little worried about something. Every time I turn on this desktop, a red light at the bottom right of the motherboard turns on for like 10 seconds then goes away. Please help.

- Answer I believe this is normal. This light should also be constantly flickering during normal use. While I don't know enough to say what it is signaling or why, I wouldn't be concerned about it if everything else is running fine.

- Answer I have had no problems with overheating. It is pretty warm where I am. I have the tower tucked in a corner, and I have pets. So far, it handles all of this just fine. Depending on what I am playing and how hard I push it, the fans run louder, but I have not had it overheat.

- Answer As far as I can tell, they use parts that they have on hand so every computer most likely won’t be the same. You can tell that they love what they do by the quality they put into building these. My board say Gigabyte B660 DS3H AC DDR4

- Answer They are buy power fans and some other cheap brand, I recommend replacing fans, they all have leds but usually comes with broken leds

- Answer My RAM was recognizable. One of two issues - either your RAM isn't RGB enabled or isn't working.
