“I bought this PC a couple of weeks ago. One of the top fans on the water supply is not spinning. The one on the CPU works fine. But the one above the ram just does not spin no matter what. (Im not very good with computers)”

I looked around and I couldn’t find anything, could you specifically tell me where this is plugged in?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should double check to make sure that the fan is plugged in correctly. As sometimes during shipping it may have come undone or may have been plugged in incorrectly. I would also double check to make sure nothing is obstructing the fan such as a small piece of plastic / small screw / cut zip tie piece / wire. If you went through all this then you most likely have a faulty fan and should contact iBuypower customer support.
