Yes her is a photo of the back you can look up the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti and see its Stats and Ports it does great with surround sound

For the Y40 case, if a dedicated sound card is desired, it will need to be a low profile card with low profile mounting bracket in order to fit behind the vertically mounted GPU.
