I havent tried to adjust the speed of the fans, but I heard the fans were loud as well. Im not sure if maybe a few people got faulty hardware or what, but in my opinion, the fans are incredibly quiet and after days of playing very demanding games with mods and all, it hasnt gotten any louder or even really warmed up. I have a cooling dock that my Xbox Series S sits on, and while thats not loud either, its much louder than the fans in this PC. I know I didnt answer your question, but hopefully this info helps. I have never been more pleased with a purchase.
