• yes you can. I have my cellphone and my X-box Series X controller hooked up, and as a VR Player, i can hook 6 full-body tracking pucks up to it via Bluetooth

• Yes however to use it wirelessly you will need a Bluetooth chip even if your PC already has Bluetooth capabilities.

• you probably can if it doesnt support bluetooth then just get a bluetooth adaptor
