Depends on the specific motherboard installed. The one that came with mine had 3 NVME sockets. The PCIE sockets may be largely unusable do to the vertical mount for the GPU, You will absolutely need half-height brackets to mount anything.

We use brands based on availability at the time of assembly, though we use major brands for motherboards, such as ASUS, Gigabyte, MSI and ASRock. The exact brand/manufacturer will vary, but the model of the motherboard is correct and consistent.
