There are 2 nice slots in the back, so you wouldnt even need to open the case to add a hard drive. there is 2 slide out trays in the back by all your rear plugs, and you can just slide out the tray, mount your hard drive to the tray and plug into the cables and slide the try back in.. it was made for adding hard drives..
