I seen that review, and it has space to add some, you can add on top and bottom, so it comes with 3 fans, and room to add more, but only comes with the 3.

I checked mine right now and it does not have the fans at the top. It has three fans total. I've not had any issues with heating. It's always green lighting for a good temperatures unless I am opening or running multiple programs quickly. It doesn't seem to have an issue overheating with general use. I'm curious now about adding more fans but I don't even think it's needed unless I do some high intensity gaming or something.
