Please ensure the speaker has been charged for 4-6 hours in the "off" position. Turn the volume all the way up on your iPhone. Then control the volume on the iBT68. If your problem persists please contact our Support Team at 1-800-288-2792. Mon - Fri from 8am - 4pm EST.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine occasionally does that, especially when I walk far enough away from it with my phone. It takes a couple seconds, much like when a computer has a glitch or starts loading something. Mine really seems to be ok.
