How in the world do you use the microphone null

The iBT68 is not compatible with a microphone. If you mean the speakerphone, once you are connected to Bluetooth you can answer calls and speak hands free by pressing the call button which looks like the telephone. Our Support Team is available at 1-800-288-2792 Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm EST.
