- Answer Thank you for your question. - Please ensure the speaker is fully charged for 4 to 6 hours in the off mode. - Power on the iHome speaker. - Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a chime or distinct sound. This cleared the Bluetooth and set it back to the factory settings. - Then try to pair the speaker again.

QuestionHow does speaker sound to other party to phone conversation? Does it give off background noise or block out noises from driving car for quiet & clear phone conversation? Has anyone had the other party to phone conversation complain about background noise?

- Answer The sound during a Bluetooth conversation is great. However, if you are looking to eliminate the surrounding noise you need a device that offers a noise cancelation feature.
