The backup battery probably needs to be changed. Just follow the directions to open it and change out the battery and it should be all set.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The backup battery most likely needs to be changed. Use a Philips screw driver to open the back panel and replace the CR 2450 battery and then you should be all set. See Page 5 of the manual for full details.
