• A:Answer It goes through batteries very fast if you do not remove them when not in use. It seems to stay on when you try to turn it off. The batteries lasted less than two days without removing them when not listening to it.

Q: QuestionThis radio shuts off sound after a certain number of minutes, yet the station still shows as if it is still on, & display is weak..burns thru batteries very fast. Huge complaint is it shuts off on its own. Have only had it for a week & am NOT HAPPY!

• A:Answer thank you. i will be returning it today for an exchange. i have hope that the other one will be functioning properly. i actually think someone else had this one, as the arm strap was already installed onto the radio, and the directions that came with it had directions on how to install the arm band. so this one is and perhaps has been a DUD!

• A:Answer Hi Pete, good question! With the radio on, press the Tune/Hour and Tune/Minute buttons to tune to the radio station you wish to save. Press and hold the Preset button, "P-01" will begin to blink on the display. Press the Tune buttons to select the preset number you wish to save the station to.
