• A:Answer The short answer is "not as easily as an Intel-based iMac" because there is not a commercial Windows 10 that you can buy that runs on ARM-based processors like this new M1-based iMac. The Windows 10 that runs on this processor family is only available as a "preview" download and is intended for developers since Microsoft does sell their own hardware on this processor family (some of their Surface products). You might have some limited success using Crossover for M1 Macs but this is not the same kind of compatibility that you get with an Intel Mac where you can just literally run real (Intel) x64 Windows 10 in a virtual machine.

Q: QuestionOther than apps, does iMAC come with any preloaded programs. Does it come with Microsoft Word or an equivalent. Can Word be purchased separately, not as part of a yearly subscription?

• A:Answer Word is not included on the iMac. it can be purchased thru the App Store. I bought a yearly subscription to Microsoft Office 365. I do not know about other options to get Word
