• A:Answer You might not got a preorder copy for some reason. The case i got says it on the outside of the box and there is a paper insert inside the case with the code on it. I also got the PS4 version cause the ps5 version was sold out but it is a free upgrade. I dont know if that matters or not..It is wierd because I bought the game like a month after It came out but I still got the bonus. I would check the box again. Hope this helps.
