Is it cool to touch while heating? null

It's not cool while heating but it's not hot enough to burn you instantly when you touch the fan. Every place but the front where the heat comes out is warm to the touch and the front is a little warmer but you would have to hold your hand on the front for a good amount of time for it to become hot to the point you remove your hand.
