“Does this case have any drop protection? If yes form what height?”

I would assume drop protection is limited to short distances (i.e., a foot or two). This is definitely a soft case.

This is pretty light weight. Not a lot of padding. This is more for portability and avoiding surface damage. Does have sturdy handles to help prevent dropping.
