does this fit a MacBook Pro 13.3 2018? null

Negative only fits older model MacBook.

My MacBook Pro goes back to 2012 is 13 inch. Since the case fits it perfectly, can't see how a slightly larger model would fit since the case is hard plastic. I would suggest checking all the models that they make, would guess you will find a model that will fit perfectly.
