“so is it the cord the delivers the 60w or do I need a charge block that puts that out for the cord to plug into? If not will my fast charge 20w block work with it ?”

It will work with a 20w block but sonce the block acts as a bottle neck the cord will only charge at 20w you need a bigger block that can produce 60w

They can work with 20W QC chargers, but may not reach the maximum output power.
