Sorry, it does not have a slow charging mode. Usually speaking, the charging speed depends on the battery level of your phone. When the phone is low in power level, the power bank will try to reach its maximum output to charge quickly. When your phone is nearly full of power, it will slow down to protect your phone's battery.
