• Yes. This has real Roku built right in. We were already Roku 3 users, and when we set up this set we just put in our account info, and the set downloaded all of our channels and profiles automatically. We unplugged our Roku 3 and the built in Roku worked exactly the same.

• No you dont. Just hook up your cable box to the tv via HDMI.
