• Technically, they're called channels and not apps, but yes. In fact, this set even has a dedicated button on the remote for Sling. You have access to every Roku channel.

• Yes. The TV is run on the roku application. Therefore, any app you can download on roku, you can download on this TV (including Sling TV).

• Yes the Roku interface lets you add the Sling channel. My remote even has a sling button as one of the short cut buttons.

• Yes it does have downloadable apps. It is just like the ROKU device, but inside the TV. I have sling, you can get different packages. I have the $25.00 package because I wanted BET.
