“Wifi is fine everywhere in the house. I use wifi for netflix and other roku channels. I get initial Netflix or amazon screen fine and when I choose a movie or program I get vertical lines , red and yellow and distortion. Ranges from 1/2 to all of screen”

• This is likely a flaw in the hardware. I have the same tv, and use 4k on it from time to time in both amazon and netflix, and do not shre your expereince. Does the same occur if you choose 1080p content?

• I've had no issues wired or wireless. I've streamed TV shows and movies through this TV with no delay or buffering. I do, however, have an AC router which delivers superb media streaming capabilities.
