• 1. Press Time Cook, then use the number pad to enter the cooking time that you want. 2. Press Power, then enter the power level that you want (0-10).

• It sets automatically at 10 and as soon as it starts you can change the power setting by pressing a number from 1 - 9. This is from the manual and I tried it and it works. It seems the only way to change the power level is when it is on.
