• If it fits. I rather be aware of circulation because the fan will be blowing and it could damage the cabinet wood.

• The user manual recommends at least 4 inches of clearance on the sides and the back, to allow proper ventilation for the fan in the back and the side vents. So I think the question isn't can it be used inside your cabinet, which is yes as long as the microwave physically fits inside. The question should be does your cabinet have the necessary internal dimensions to allow proper ventilation for the microwave.
