QuestionHas anyone had this turn on randomly and then it won't turn off? Had since 2019, no problems. This evening it all of a sudden turned on, wouldn't turn off. So I unplugged it for a minute, plugged it back in, and it STILL comes on and will not turn off.

- Answer Yes, I had different problems from the 1st time I used it. Often times the beeping sound would not stop at the end of warming something up. Most of the time the beeping would then turn into a solid tone that would not stop until I unplugged it. If it did stop, it would randomly start beeping again a few minutes after the microwave turned off. A few times after I unplugged it and then plugged it back in, the solid tone would start again without turning on the microwave. I returned it after a couple of days and got another one. So far, no problem with the replacement after 1 month of use.

Questionexactly how long is the cord? Where on back is it located (left, middle, or right? When plugged into my three prong socket does it obstruct the other socket in same outlet? Anyone have a photo?

QuestionJust bought this model yesterday to replace an ancient microwave... disappointed to notice that the Insignia makes a high pitched hum when door is open. Might be lightbulb. Is this normal or a defect? So heavy to take back! :(
