• YES IT MOUNTS TO THE REAR WALL AND BOLTS THRU THE UPPER CABINETS 30 INCH WIDE OPENING REQUIRED.EASY INSTALL.

• Yes there is a bracket that goes into the wall 3 screws that go through the bottom of the cabinet into the top of the microwave. Hope that helps
